Diet still going well. I was on vacation this week so didn't get all my walking in. Also ate more then I should of on some days. Usually extra nuts or fruit. Or a fudge ice cream bar. (which is allowed as a replacement of one of the snacks) I ate it as an extra snack this week.
I went to Curves 4 times this week and also used my health rider several times this week. I also walked up and down my 14 steps leading to the top of the garage 5 time each time. Did that 3 days last week.
Got some new shoes at Wal-mart but they hurt my feet will have to find some other shoes. Will probably go to the Shoe Store and get some New Balance again. They seem to work best for me.
189.8 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
