This is it! I've been trying for 16 months off and on to watch what i'm eating and loose the baby weight from baby 2 and baby1. never fully lost it all from the first one. I have a wedding in 19 days to go to and see people i haven't seen in 5 years. I've got to get it off. I don't have too much to loose...i would be happy with simply loosing 8 of my overal 15 i would like to loose. So this is it! 1200 calories a day. P90x cardio workouts...and my own version of strength training. I don't really care for the pull ups.
