I got a letter from Brian today! It was so encouraging.
I am so determined to be in the BEST shape of my life before He gets back. I'm tired of constantly yoyoing...and not ever being happy with the way I look/feel. I want to feel comfortable in my own body. Its amazing what 5-10 lbs does!
Today was great, in workout and diet. If I can keep this up, loosing the weight will be cake! We will see...

Today was not as good as yesterday...couldn't bring myself to work out...but the day isn't over yet. Feel totaly drained...i don't know if it is the kids or what. messed up when my husband left the baked lays home...shouldn't have eatten those...oh well. i'll do cardio tonight to try to make up for it. I'm just so tired of being at this weight. I've just eatten healthy and never loose anything. so now its time to get serious.

This is it! I've been trying for 16 months off and on to watch what i'm eating and loose the baby weight from baby 2 and baby1. never fully lost it all from the first one. I have a wedding in 19 days to go to and see people i haven't seen in 5 years. I've got to get it off. I don't have too much to loose...i would be happy with simply loosing 8 of my overal 15 i would like to loose. So this is it! 1200 calories a day. P90x cardio workouts...and my own version of strength training. I don't really care for the pull ups.
