So. I am seeing a trend. When I follow my points "reasonably well", my weight loss is not as much as when I follow my points 100%. Hm. What does that tell me? I gonna stop screwing off if I want to get to my goal! There is obviously a REASON for points so if I dont follow the program, Im not gonna get where I want to go! No more excuses.
