Aaargh, having a fat day. Or at least feeling that way. Feel like I'm going backwards now. Need more sleep and more exercise. Need to focus on what I can do right now.

know what you mean - I'm having the same but there are enough green arrows as opposed to red ones on my profile (and much more on yours) so I'd hang on to that thought. As long as there are more good days than bad we're on a winner!
