Okay, I must confess that when I started phase I again I had gained 3lbs. I was 157 but never weighed in on the site. Now after doing phase I again I'm back to where I was. I'm conflicted about going into phase II because I don't want to get stuck again.

Any suggestions? Keep in mind I work out an hour a day, and drink lots of water.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stay on phase I for a little bit longer. That's what I'm going to be doing. If you don't want to do that, then throw in a phase I day every week to jumpstart your metabolism. Good luck! :)

The one thing that has been told to me by Health Coaches is that if you are working out that much, you need to add more meat into your diet. Protein will burn the fat and turn it into muscle. I would go to Phase II and make sure you are adding in the meat that they suggest for that Phase.
