I fall off again, I hurt my foot and knees training for a marathon and every exercise makes them hurt. I walk everyday at lunch for 30min, and by the time Im done they hurt so Im scared to try anything else.
I let my eating go as well, I have been eating everything I want. :(
TIME TO GET MAKE ON TRACK...NO MORE EXCUSES!
