Soooo,,,,I thoght I better update my weight. Gained 6 or 7 pounds since I moved to a 1500 K very low card diet, to 1800 balanced nutritionally. See earlier note; nutritionist told me this could happen because the body sheds water in the low-carb; doesn't NEED the water to process the glucose as it does in a normal diet. But, in this two week time frame; my body fat % has dropped from 28% to a solid 25% by three different gauges: my fancy bathroom scale; which measures BF if you get on it with wet feet; the Navy calculator, and the YMCA calculator. The Navy has me at 26%; YMCA and scale at 25%, also can see it visually and feel some bones thatweren't there: so I guess it's all good. But, I am gonna do it again. Back off to 1700L daily to make sure I am not accidentally underestimating calaorie count.
