Starting over again, for the millionth time! trying to be patient with myself and celebrate each tiny victory, with non food rewards which is going to be very hars, but if getting healthy and losing weight were easy everyone would do it!
257.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 107.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
