Good week! Stayed at 29 Dailies and took a 7 mile hike Saturday while camping with the Cub Scouts. Still have to hit the gym at least 2-3 times a week though!
219.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 99.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
