Yeah!! Made it through Thanksgiving without weight gain.
Used my ketones from Pruvit to keep myself on track. Still enjoyed small amounts of scalloped potatoes and some dessert but the ketones put me back in ketosis.
The cake I made was Keto and no one knew the difference.
209.6 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Very good. How often do you use your Pruvit ketones?

Good keto doesn't have to taste odd - I made mashed cauliflower, nobody noticed it wasn't potatoes.
