Yeah!!!! made it through Thanksgiving staying mostly Keto and I am so excited I have not gained weight this year.
Now on to some weight loss!!!
212.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
