I've already been on this diet about four weeks and have lost at least 9 lbs. Mondays are my weigh in days and today is Saturday. I'm feeling much better since I've been eating healthy, quit caffeine, refined sugar, alcohol, and wheat. Yay!!!
167.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
