Small rant on my 52nd birthday -- I work in a VERY food charged atmosphere - an accounting office. We always celebrate birthdays and the birthday person picks their *treat*. I asked for cheese - didn't even mind that they got crackers to go with the cheese for the carb eaters BUT why did they have to get a chocolate cake and fruit too. Will be avoiding the breakroom today - not any different from any other day, lol. I do want to celebrate weighing in at 134lbs this morning - not too many birthdays ago I was at my all-time high of 240lbs :)
