I seem to have reached a plateau. I'm going to increase my workout schedule from 3 to 5 times per week to see if that helps.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

I don't know what you are doing as far as working out, but if it's the same thing every week, try and change it up. Mixing up exercises can help get through plateaus! Good luck!
