I've been a little out of touch with fatsecret this week...I was not feeling well this week. I had a stomach virus that killed my apetite and drained me. I was in bed most of the day on Tuesday. I was feeling much better by yesterday and even managed to get in a workout last night. Feeling energized because my birthday is tomorrow and I have plans with friends and family all weekend. I went shopping for a blouse to wear and was very happy with what I got. I'm feeling more and more confident every day. And in turn, more and more motivated to keep going until I reach my goal! Hope you all are doing well!

I'm still trying to hang in here! I'm determined to live a healthier lifestyle! I've gotten out of the habit of recording my foods, but I need to get back on it because actually SEEING the foods that I input motivates me to eat healthier. Thanks for your encouragement!
