Been gone for a while... but now I'm back for a while..
When not here , I am in parts unknown in Southeast Asia...
So, how do you stay on track like that... ??? well, plan ahead...
This time I set up a travelers membership at a Hanoi Gym and one in Manila...
Food is not a worry in Nam... You can eat Pho for breakfast lunch and dinner for 6 USD per day... stay for a few weeks ..and never eat the same Pho twice...
Manila is a different story..with heavy American influence... you will find a carb rich environment... However, this can be shut down by eating at Kenny Roger's Flame grilled chicken... Yea, that Kenny Rogers... only one I know of in the US - Orange County , California.. but all over SE Asia... Be careful of the side dishes.. but the chicken..killer...

So since my last weigh in I added 5 pounds... but no worries..that's bottled water and airport food.... back in my own kitchen ... and the gym is in the other room...
Will be an easy task to go much lower... All you young bloods out there... you know ..you 50 somethings... No excuses... cause i got more time on you than you think... and if I can do it...so can you..
