Starting green coffee bean extract, hopefully it will speed up my weight loss a little because in the last 3 years every time I get into 140s I fail/plateau big time and get so discouraged and haven't been under 145 in a 7 years. I get so close to my goal and blow it. So I won't this time. It took me a year to rapidly gain 80 lbs and it has taken me 4 years to slowly shed it off
