We weigh in tomorrow, for the last time, for THE BIGGEST LOSER (Part Deux):P I'm scared. I've been very good about exercising since last weigh-in, but Mr. Livingston is tough to beat. But I've made up my mind: win or lose, I've won in my own way because people at work are noticing I'm losing weight -- lots of it. Maybe I haven't lost so much in terms of pounds, but the way people are commenting on my weight loss, I must be losing inches. Everyday, someone says something to me about how much weight I've lost.

Signing out at the front office, I was told, "You're DISAPPEARING!!!" And they asked me what I'm doing to lose so much weight. I said, "I don't eat." LOL That's not true; I eat too much, actually. I have to stash food in my closet because I get hungry all the time.

Dora called me over again when I was walking back to my room and told me I was losing so much weight. She had previously won as a biggest loser, but she says now she weighs 180-something. I couldn't believe it. She looks so thin. But she tells me her ideal weight is about 140, so she's working on eating more salads and healthier foods.

It's pleasant to listen to people encouraging me and being so supportive. The hardest part is ignoring my own inner voice telling me I'm so fat. I have to work so hard at being kinder to myself, to allow myself to be proud of the change I'm undergoing. Otherwise, it won't matter that other people think I'm doing a good job losing weight; what's the point if I don't see what they see?
