Day one of the atkins diet.
I was kinda stressed this morning. I only ate olives for breakfast and coffe.
But, I relaxed. I ate a can of tuna. I had a large salad. Sticking with the ATkins diet, I had a salad from subway and I plan on having a couple more coffees....and of course lots of water
