I don't know how I've lost even this but it IS 'that time of the month' so I don't know if I can take this number as accurate. I do know that I'm officially allowed to start working out again tomorrow! (Even though I've been running on a treadmill pretty much each night... shhh don't tell!)
I am super excited to no longer see that 2 in from of my weight but I do know that as with all women during their cycle.... it fluctuates and can be something completely different tomorrow.
I did cheat, a little. I ate a crumb of a brownie, had a sample of some pound cake while at work and ate two chicken tenders. Boooooo tsk tsk! But it's nothing I can't bounce back and that was already a few days ago. Let's see if I can hold onto this 190s area until I can get my body back on track with my goals.
