Had two glasses wine Saturday. Gained 2 pounds. :-( Am almost back to where I was. Need to experiment longer to work out possible wine/weight correlation.
152.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
