Two weeks of 95% wheat free.
- Chinese over weekend as well as salted ham has weight up, I suspect.
- Feeling good overall. Blood pressure was normal (130 over 80) as of Sat.!)
NOTES:
1. Weight loss might slow due to "redistribution" since incorporating lifting of x-fit.
2. Waist is at 42 1/2", Chest at 46". Arms at 16".
3. Haven't had cravings for wheat.
4. No blood sugar crashes or sleepiness in afternoon for 14 days.
