I weighed in at 193LBS. For some reason I really couldn't wait to weigh in today. I can't believe I just said that because I truly get a kick out of jumping on that scale. I do it everyday! Yes people, I weigh myself everyday, but I record every four or five days. If I didn't get on the scale, I would be thinking about getting on it so I just get on the stupid thing! It's just one less thing to worry about during the week. I know that I am not the only one doing this, so people don't judge(just kidding!) I don't know why I do this because I really haven't been exercising like I'm suppose to. I wasn't expecting any changes on the scale today. My mother is suppose t come over tonight to exercise with me in the basement, but I think I am going to talk her into going to the track instead. I really hope she changes her mind about coming over to exercise, because I seriously don't feel like exercising today. Anyway, Good luck to everyone. Until next time....Keep hope alive!

I get on the scale every couple of days, so you are not the only one. It keeps me on track.

I weigh myself every morning too, and I must admit the number on my scale is less than the one at the center I weigh in at (Home I weigh in myself with no clothes on). I know many people recommend not to weigh everyday, but to me, it helps me.
