Snacks are great!! Your body loves it when you snack :] Its one of the best ways to lose weight. Whenever you feel hungry have a little snack, your body starts to realize that over time, it can have food whenever it wants too, and it starts to release its death hold on those stored calories. Dont cut them out! Just pick healthy ones! :] Keep up the great work!!!

Snacking or eating small meals every few hours keeps your metabolism up & running. You just have to keep in mind what you're eating as a "snack". I eat small meals, sometimes those meals contain "snack" foods (nuts, tbsp of PB, cheese, etc) & have a snack at night after dinner. I always try to make sure there's protein in that snack b/c it keeps your metabolism burning while digesting the protein, rather than a high carb b/c your body stores it as energy. You can do it. Just keep playing around w/ your food & you'll figure out what works for you! = )
