Well I'm still at the same weight so I guess that's still good. At least I didn't go up, but I really wanted to be at least 1 pound lighter...

But thats ok, I'll just keep plodding along. Since its the weekend I better be very careful to what I put in my mouth so that I won't go up!

Same here wish I went down at least one more have boyfriends family renuion tomorrow thank god its gona be only like 70deg and by the lake it willprob be 65 so I don't have to get in a bathing suit in front of his family. (usually I don't mind but its family) most i have never met. We will have to just keep trucking along together expect I wish I was were you are right now

Enjoy your weekend, and try not to worry too much about the mean nasty ole scale. It's just getting you back for ignoring it earlier this week. You have the right idea, watch what you eat and all will be right with the world when the scale must admit that you have lost weight at your next little get together.

I hope you had a good weekend! The SBD Quick and Easy cookbook is great. I've tried a bunch of recipes in it and all have turned out delicious. It makes it so much easier for me too. I marked all the Phase I recipes and on Sundays when I make my dinner plans for the week, I just flip through it and make my grocery list. Easy Peasy!
