Day 1 of a planned 3 day BULK
Blood sugar 108 mg/dL

I have a 3 day weekend starting today. I decided to allow myself to 'bulk up' and get my weightlifting from 180lbs back up to 200lbs. To do this I am going to provide myself with plenty of carbs 😋

However, as a 'twist' I am going to try to only eat, during the day, the Quest bars and cookies. While this stuff has a low Glycemic Index it tends to sit in my stomach for days and I always gain a pound or two.

I plan to eat 'real food' for dinner each night.

If I end up gaining 6 pounds or more I will go back to 'no solid food' fasting until Thanksgiving :)
