Even though I thought I was going light with the weights yesterday in the gym, I know I was buring fat last night because I woke up with that extra warm feeling that lets me know my metabolism is humming along at top speed. I woke up feeling encouraged this morning.

My workout this morning:
- Warmed up with the jump rope 15 minutes
- Did abdominal work
- Did toning exercies with dumbells for the back, bi's, tri's and chest.
- I finished that off by walking up hill on the treadmill for 25 minutes.

I felt great, I had good stamina. I burned 560 calories. This was a light training day.

I need to record my measurements because I know the scale might not reflect the fact that I am toning muscle which makes me a smaller size even when the scale does not move. I don't care how much I weigh as long as I can fit my skinny jeans, that's my true goal!!
