I've got a choice to make today, do I stay home this evening by myself, or do I go with the hubby and kids to my BIL's football game about an hour and a half away? I feel bad not going because it is a family thing, but I am also tired and don't know if I want to be in the cool temps, with my butt going numb in the bleachers, and who doesn't like quiet time. I don't know. I told myself if I don't go I'm going to either walk the dog or do a second workout this evening.
It's Friday and I'm not very motivated to work today. Our office is freezing because the air conditioner constantly runs, and I'm always cold anyway. I really need a project to do. Sigh...
Not much of this is about weight loss today, just life I guess. I feel like I'm doing okay. I've had my stumbles here and there, but I'm proud of myself for getting up every morning the last 2 weeks (with the exception of rest day) and getting my workouts in. After I get through a third week, I know it will get easier. Now, if I can just keep those workouts up through the weekend.
