My Eating Healthy lifestyle, dont really wanna call it a diet cause that word kinda makes me super hungry. Been good for the past week, only been a week and i can see the difference. Also starting gym 2 months back was a good decision, at 1st, couldnt even last 2mins on a stepper machine without taking about 5 breaks. and now, i go 25mins with 3 breaks. :) and an hour on a treadmill, LOVING IT. and well, not forgetting the motivational quotes on my phone which keep me up and moving everyday. am enjoying every single moment, especially when i have to jump on the scale...
so the other day, watching TV, and they show this model skinny girl doing some toning up exercises and they say "giving up a hamburger to look like that, anytime" and i was driving past a fast food place, thinking of their fries, they dripping in cooking oil, lots of vinegar, and salt, and i thought, NOPE, AFTER MY SUCCESSFUL WEIGHT LOSS, AM NOT GIVING THAT UP TO FEEL GUILTY AGAIN...
Looking in the mirror, naked, and seeing a bit of a change is amazing, AM NOT PLANNING ON GIVING UP ANYTIME SOON :)
