I am trying to get it together,went to a weight loss orientation last night for a bypass surgery (sleeve). I dont have the criteria (high blood pressure,etc and a bmi over 40), which is good but i need to get rid of this weight. I have decided to TRY focus on a daily workout, whether its walking day and evening or just during the day. My ultimate goal is to hit the gym almost everyday and stop making excuses.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
