Im a mother of 3 (2 grown and out the door and my 15yr old son). I have found it impossible to lose weight and ran across this app on my phone. Thank God for it bec it is really helping me control my eating and keeps me motivated to work out. I plan to continue this and make it a part of my daily schedule. I'm here to meet many who are motivated and on the track to a sucessful healthy life.

I fell off the bandwagon as far as drinking coffee, I ended up with a cup of coffee. I was trying to avoid it altogether. I wasnt that bad bec I usually have about 3 cups a day and I only had one today. But just trying to cut it out for good is harder than i thoughtSad

breakfast
My breakfast normally consists of reg oatmeal which is high in carbs but is good for your cholestrol. Any suggestions for a breakfast thats not so high in carbs, that can be cooked at work in the microwave.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
i weigh myself every Thursday 5:30am before i get dressed for work. I havent measured myself but I think i will do that today, thanks for that idea pamelame2u
