Note to self: EVERY.BITE.COUNTS. Log it! In the same vein, every movement counts, too, so eat a bite, take a couple of steps, dance around the kitchen, do squats during that endless meeting (make sure phone is on MUTE!).

Edit for brownie. Reformulating my gluten free, high fiber brownie treat. Ditched the Bob's Red Mill GF cake mix. I think I can cut the regular sugar out completely for another tsp of prune juice which also affects the sweetness/moisture of the brownie. The chocolate taste is spot on though. Just about 100 calories, 6g fiber, 7g protein and 8 net carbs. Will need to compare with the Medifast treats, but I think I'm close on the nutritional profile.
