Well, bouncing between 200 & 198lbs, I’m adding 1000 calorie restriction plus no eating before 11am & not after 7pm. It’s no problem to cut earlier eating out, it’s the after 7pm that’s hard. I’m sticking with it so far. Not hungry or cranky. Going to Physical Therapy 2x a week is helpful but having lots of spasms doesn’t make it easy. I think my edema in my legs is making it difficult to just start mega loss. Well, I’m not giving up! No surrender...
Pray I keep up the good work.
198.2 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 63.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
