I’ve been up & down for all this time but doing intermittent fasting for about a month kick started good loss! See? Down to 200!
(Actually I was below 200(198), a week ago, can’t say, well, too many macadamia nuts!)
I pray that this loss continues, with Physical Therapy twice a week. It’s helping.
Well, night!
200.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
