we'll this whole month has been a write off. we came back from my brother's wedding and was so so unmotivated. and then. my dad had a heart attack while driving and we lived out of a hotel in a different city until he was ok enough to be discharged. so much stress and fast food and sugar and Ugh. so much more stress to come as we wait for him to have open heart surgery. starting ketosis again tomorrow because I feel so gross. were home now but I still worry about dad a lot. he's got a long road ahead of him and I can't be there to help if he needs it. just don't know what to do but keto is the only thing I can think of for the time being.

dont let it be the end. i gained 40lbs in the last year as well due to stressful times and family illnesses and deaths. back in my daily life Again and in down 10 lbs in 2 months. just get back to your normal and show yourself some grace.
