yesterday was the start of the low carb diet. my husband and i did pretty well for not having gone food shopping yet. today i do that. we ended up working out for an hour and 45 mintues then went and got roasted chicken at publix w/ steamed veggies.. and we both fought the urge to eat ranch with the chicken. which it really didn't need it it was so tasty. we are trying to work out four days a week. my goal is to work out every muscle group in a week. :) here goes.
