This diet is awesome! Today is my two week weigh in and I am down 22.2 lbs. My first week I lost 18 lbs. I feel so much better. I'm not bloated after eating, I don't sleep all day anymore, and I actually have been walking and really enjoying it. I have tons of energy. The recipes are endless and I am loving the food. My goals for this week are to drink more water, walk 30 minutes everyday, and keep my calorie intake between 1200-1500.

Congratulations! I lost 100 lbs on a healthy low carb and kept it off for all of the last six years...please make sure veggies are included in your daily diet--it makes a huge difference when adding carbs back in. I don't count picante sauce. Sorry. Once you're off the diet, the first thing to happen is 5-10 lbs of water comes back. Totally normal. I'm working on the final 50 right now. Continued success!!
