I didn't do too bad this weekend, Saturday there were some cookies, but Sunday I tried to keep it better. I didn't get my workout in on Sunday because company left a lot later than expected and then I was trying to catch up on those household things that I needed to get done and homework. My eating should be decent today because I have a HUGE sore on my tongue. I've gotten these my whole life and they just pop up here and there and this one is terrible. I can hardly talk because my tongue is so swollen, so forget eating much. OUCH!! I got my workout in this morning, so the week's off to a good start there. Rest day Wednesday, I'm looking forward to that, even though I didn't workout on the weekend I need that day to sleep in. Have a great Monday!
