waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah :((

i decided not to weigh in everyday coz whenever i see the scale go down, i'm having this terrible confidence to eat and eat. so only for 3 days i dint checked my weight, it went up to 3 kg!! now i'm at 70 again :(( it's really depressing! i think i'll weigh myself everyday again instead :(

If you are 100% sure of your food diary updates it's simply not possible to have gained that much (I don't trust the fatsecret exercise calorie count personally) 3kg is 23100 calories worth of food. Thats about 9 large everything Pizzas. It's most likely just water weight and will disappear in a day or two. Don't let this blip discourage you, you are doing so well!

but i'm used to eating only up to 900 calories.. that's why if i exceed to 1000 cals i'm gaining weight. :(
