I'm taking a break from my strength training because I hurt my forearms doing some bicep curls with tiny but too much for me weights. Yesterday I walked instead of running because I was so tired. My plan was/is to run today instead, but it's TOM, and I'm even tireder. I'm working on getting motivated to go anyway, even though its hotter than Hades out there. My husband thinks its "cool," but the forecast at the moment is 88/"feels like 98." It's times like these I wish I had a gym membership, which I'm contemplating, but I generally prefer exercising outdoors or in the home, so if I can just make it to sweet, blessed fall...
