I'm very pleased with my ability to maintain this exact weight. Its easier than It was last time to neither lose nor gain.

129.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I would imagine that maintaining over a period of time is the hardest part of the journey. I have the upmost faith that you will be able to do this. Big hugz!!
