I have not exercised much this summer been back at school a few weeks working and studying so now I need to make more time to exercise less time watching tv and more time to myself to take care of my body and what I eat. As well as doing my best with my depression and trying to be more sociable.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
