Had a pretty good day today...while I was on my way to the gym after work I was talking to my sister on the phone and discovered that my workout buddy (my dad) was not going to be at the gym today because he was going with my sister to buy a new car...so ya...I had to work really hard at talking myself into going to the gym today, but I did...yay me! Then my son and I went out to dinner to celebrate my sisters new car. Why on earth does every celebration have to revolve around food? Anyway...I had way too many chips and I am sure I went over my points with that meal although the first part of the day wasn't too bad so maybe not...I am proud of myself for still going to the gym for almost an hour even though my dad didn't go. For that I am giving myself a pat on the back! ; )
