Happy Tuesday everyone. I am especially grateful today. I see so many who are struggling with their demons and I can understand their struggle because I have had my own. I am truly blessed with my position in life today. This is a quote that popped up today on my FB feed and it struck a chord in me this morning

- "If the God of your own understanding is perfect...and we are all created in their likeness...how do I rightfully stand in judgment of another?" -

It is not my job to tell you what to do - it is my job to show you what I have done and lead by example.

My lesson learned for this week is that I am really sure I can lower my insulin intake - I have run some experiments by lowering my morning carb intake and there is a direct correlation to my mid morning BGL crash. there is some inconsistency (thanks pancreas) to the results so I am going to have a thorough conversation with my endocrinologist and be smart about this. I appreciate everyone posts, data, comments and insight to help me pursue this decision.

I hope that everyone has a great week following their goals on this adventure.
