Well, well, well... even the best laid plans don't always turn out how you expect! And the road to hell really IS paved with good intentions. I had every intention, and a firm plan in place, to make it to the gym this week and continue with all of my awesome goals and plans. Excuses aside, and the result was: I failed miserably. EVerything to me seemed like more fun than the gym this week. PLEASE tell me I'm not alone, and that everyone has a week they wish they could take back. Sadly, there are no do-overs or mulligans in weight loss! The moral of the story is: I feel like crap, now I just need to capture this feeling and make sure it never happens again.
