Ok...here goes nothin!!! I restarted my diet so I could adjust my weight because I changed scales. Hopefully I am on track with an accurate scale.
I am fasting today, not for weight loss but for other reasons. It just so happens to be falling on the same day as the first day of the challenge I just joined.
I am excited about this challenge. I am going to really stick to watching my calories and exercising every day!!! I need this forty pound weight loss to make my 100lb goal not seem so HUGE!!!
