Batman3000's Journal, 06 September 2012

Today is our first weigh in with Biggest Looser 2012. I am 160lbs. I have gained back all but 8lbs since I worked with a personal trainer. My goal is to get back into my size 8 comfortably without a 3" muffin top.

After work I went grocery shopping to get my food on tract for the next week. I did buy more red meat, as well as pork, but instead of more ground beef, I bought ground turkey. I'm going to start my work out tomorrow routine tomorrow as today was a bit of a shock not eating all the bad goodies I'm used to having. I made it through the day without any soda, and only really had 2 cups of coffee (but i refilled a few more times for a warm up - never got around to finishing a full cup).

Good times are ahead. Hopefully once I knock off a few pounds, I'll be able to get pregnant.
