HELP!!! How to stop over eating!? I am a very obsessive eater, meaning no carbs, dairy, wheat, or meat (besides seafood). That leaves me with fruit/vegetables, seafood, and nuts. But I can't help eating WAY TOO MUCH! Anyone have an idea on how I can curve my addiction? How can I motivate myself enough to get out of the kitchen!?

I would suggest you listen to some motivational CDs and change some limiting believes. Look for Tony Robbins, he has a program on health. That will help you to find it easy to look at food and just don't desire it.
I like eating same food as you and I am very keen on eating raw. It is only recently that I realised that raw food has soooooo many calories due to nuts, seeds and avocadoes that are in almost every meal. Best of luck.

Are you eating vastly more than what you're recording? If not, it doesn't look like you are eating enough. Your body may be trying to tell you something: "I need more food!!" Especially if your goal is to be underweight, your body will rebel because it wants to be healthy.
