My plan had been to weigh once a week. But I had been doing really well on the program and decided just to take a peak. I wasn't going to record it but I just couldn't resist. I know the first week shows the best weight loss and that I wont have this much loss ongoing but it really gave me a good feeling and I wanted to share.
195.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 May 2010:
1551 kcal Fat: 79.63g | Prot: 103.01g | Carb: 104.23g.   Breakfast: Special Dark Chocolate Kisses, Special Dark Chocolate Kisses, Watermelon, Everything Bagel, neufchatel cheese. Lunch: chicken carbonara. Dinner: ground beef, a 1 cracked peppercorn. Snacks/Other: No Sugar Added Sliced Pears, special dark chocolate hersheys kiss, hersheys kiss. more...
